| We were very pleased to see the Slowworm
is still around, it seems to have made itself at home under or near
the Hoggie box. We have already seen the babies it's had |
| We also have captured the odd image of the
baby Blackbirds, this being one of them |
| This is probably another chick as its from
a different part of the garden |
| Another shot of a Blackbird chick probably
one of ours |

| We are very pleased to see that the
Dunnock have had some success breading this year, after the failure
of their earlier trials and tribulations |
Earlier this month we caught this pair of Blue
Tits in box 2 again, we briefly imagined a second brood, which would
have surprised us greatly, but it didn't come to anything |

| This starling had its eyes on the
remaining egg in box 1 but thankfully had little chance of reaching
it. |
| Well that's probably it for the moment, as
far as the birds go in our garden, but plenty more goes on at night.
It is nice to have the full use of the garden again, especially with
this very hot weather we are having.
Occasionally the cameras may be offline, while we give all the
equipment a good service, but they will never be off for long. The
bird Boxes will not be cleaned out until the 1st August as its the
Law. |
