Whitetail is alive, I have seen her on the
feeder, so she did it seems abandon the chicks
Now for the sad news one of the chicks, the
smallest, died at about midday today and has been laid to rest in the
garden, beneath the bird box where it was born.
The rest of the brood seem fine, and are
eating well.
