The New Hedgehog box is made at last, and ready for fitting out

This is a photo we managed to grab on an earlier visit

Little Hoggie finds the new box encouraged by the food close by

It pops in for a good sniff around, bear in mind its completely dark in there

At this point it decides to have a sleep at the back of the entrance tunnel, notice the large slug in the foreground

Over an hour later and its still asleep

Later it wakes up and has a good sniff around

A few days later and some of the Autumn leaves have been inserted

Although this box looks big, it is in fact only slightly larger than the old box, but this Hoggie is small, and looks lost at the back

It still does not stay all night but pops out through our special Hoggie Gate in the fence
