I have missed a few days of egg laying
due to a spell in Hospital with a Heart problem. The Timex is now
working sort of , and we have a few more eggs it seems
Omega is doing a good job as Dad, keeping
Aella well supplied
You have to admit she is quite a cutie, just
look at that eye

view of the nest cup and the chicks, from the back camera
Here is the little lady covering up her precious
eggs with a big feather

think is egg laying at the start and the sounds of the birds

Poor old Omega never did look smart, but
he looks far worse now, a good Dad though
Omega has just been in, and given Aella a very
big Mealworm, too big to eat in the nest without getting things
stuck to it, so she has nipped outside to eat it
Turning the eggs over and testing the
temperature, as she does not wont them, to hatch too early
And then there was six, I wonder how many
will be laid this year

She spends quit a bit of time looking out
at the world, wouldn't it be great to able to see through her eyes
April 30th and seven eggs today, how many
more will there be?
